Jeg har over en række installationer arbejdet med lys. Lysinstallationer som er komponeret over et udstrækning i tid dvs. De kan/skal ses over et givent tidsrum.
Jeg opfatter disse installationer om rummelige malerier med tidsligt forløb.
Det værk som jeg viser i Eksrummet arbejder både med farve og lys og det rummelige. Værket arbejder, som en videre udvikling, med beskuerens tilstedeværelse i rummet. Beskueren bliver en aktiv del af selve værket ved sin tilstedeværelse og bevægelse i forbindelse med installationen . Installationens tiltle er ” Vantage point”

Vantage point definition: Et udsigtspunkt brugt i lineært perspektiv som et stationært punkt, hvorfra beskueren er relateret til det objekt / figur, der gengives. Det kan betragtes som det referencepunkt, hvorfra alle ting i kunstværket kan relateres til.
I have worked with a number of installations on light. Light installations that are works with light in connection with time. They can / should be seen over a given period of time. I view these installations as spacious paintings with a timely course.
The work as i show in the Eksrummet works with both color and light and the space . The piece is a further development, with the viewer’s presence in the room. The viewer becomes an active part of the work itself by its presence and movement in connection with the installation. The title of the installation is “Vantage points”

Vantage point definition: A vantage point used in linear perspective as a stationary point from which the viewer is related to the object / figure being rendered. It can be considered the point of reference from which all things in the work of art can be related.
